Introduction

This blog that I have decided to create is to show mine and Buddy's adventures.  Being disabled I find that people do not understand.  Not all disabilities are visible,  I'm Epileptic, i  also have CVD and Bi-Polar Discorder.  
      The aim is to show what is out there. Places to go, facilities available.  Transport links and any difficulties  that I have experienced from accessing places to eat, shopping and of course transport and toilet facilities in that particular area. 
     I'm hoping that will be informative and to shine a light on what people think of disabled people and to out! Businesses and companies breaking UK law.

In and Around Regents Park London

The nearest tube is Regents Park which is on the Bakerloo Line. Although there is a lift from the platform there are to large and steep steps to street level.   There are plenty of maps around the park showing were the public toilets are. Bring your Radar key otherwise you will have to pay. Regents Park was designed by John Nash in the early 1800"s, it evolved from a Royal Hunting Ground to a fashionable residential estate and public Park. There are plenty of cafe's but they are over priced so if I was you I would bring a packed lunch. The avenue and public fountain for water which is never on!! You can let your dog of the lead but be careful there are always  push bike's on the paths although they are not allowed.  On the edge of the park is the entrance to London Zoo. The Grand Union Canal (Paddington Branch) Walk

The Grand Union Canal Paddington Branch. Built in 1801 and his 14 miles long.   It has easy access  from Little Venice. The path is pretty narrow but still wide enough for a wheelchair.  The Toilet facilities are not great. I don't think they have been cleaned in months. I wouldn't let Buddy have a pee inside let alone a human being.   Your Radar key will not work on Canal and River Trust toilets but you can buy a key for a couple of pounds from Amazon.  A handy key to have, maybe not for this Toilet but for others on the network.  All in all a nice peaceful walk.
